Please could you advise regarding CFL light and Eye damage

Hello, i would appreciate anyone that can help.

If you have cfl 300watt duel in a cuboard or tent however light comes out of it is this bad for your eyes? can it damage it. Also please not one is n the room all the time.

i use to look direct into the light and felt vission little hazey and blury, so i know that is not good, but if you dont stair into light directly is that also harmful.

I really appreciate your time for those who advised.

are you getting enough vitamin 'A' ..?

eat enough veggies or fruit

had your eyes checked out

as its typical for eyes to fuck up during your early twenties

now that adolescence has settled down...

see a doctor
