i have a 400 watt hps that might be a little too close its 8 to 10 inches away i am using 1/4 grow medium with 3/4 FFOF i topped when i was supposed to it was growing great but when i transplanted it from my 100% grow medium to my ocean forest i dug real deep but the roots were way deeper than i expected it didn't damage them but only a couple little root strands i felt rip well i transplanted and 2 to 3 days later this is what happened i scene nute burn but wonder if root damage or something else and how do i fix this problem thanks ohh and when i topped it the left cola is going great but the right cola is kind of deformed any suggestions thanks if the pictures arnt good enough i can send more
