Please help, bud are dry but stems doesn't snap! should I cure?

Sup guys, I've been hang drying my plant in a well ventilated cardboard box for 6 days now. And her buds feels a little crisp, she even bounce back in formation when I squeeze her a bit. Only problem is the stems won't break nor snap. They just bend. And she starts to smell like
Grass too.
Temps. are usually 77°f and humidity around 55-61%
Can someone tell me what to do?

Break them down and jar them. If they are damp again after 12 hours, put them in a paper bag until they feel crispy again, then back in the jar. Keep repeating and burping jars. Waiting for a stem to snap is waiting too long.
