Please help, I'm a new kind of idiot

I made a huge mistake by doing LST a couple of days ago using zipties.
Now I realized that my stem has OUTGROWN the zip tie and I fear it's literally suffocating it.

I'm in day 3 of week 3 into flowering.
Am I killing my plant? I have no possible way of removing the ziptie without hurting the plant.

This is my 1st grow.
I know I'm a total idiot.

Just cut it off and if you need to support the stem with a splint until she heals herself

Slit (with the stem's grain) through the zip tie with a fresh razor blade. the cut ends will pull apart a little. This'll give the stem somewhere to grow. cn
