It might be too late for them, if you buried them too deep, or the soil was too wet. Hard to say, but I like to germinate my seeds first, before putting them in soil. Yeah, alot of guys go straight to soil, but I feel safer this way, KNOWING they've split, first.

Where to start.

seedlings don't need a humidity dome over them.. let the fresh air get to them.
What kind of soil did you use that have bugs in it?

I always germinate my seeds before I plant, so I know they are there. Some seeds aren't vialble. Some germinate within 48 hours, some 24. Some of mine have taken 11 days.. (northern lights).
Don't overwater or your seed will rot. Be patient and give it a week... if nothing comes up, take your cup and dump it into a strainer. gently break apart the soil until you find the seed, or rotten seed, or whatever it is... if you have a split seed, just be SUPER gentle with it.and replant.
The bugs I assume are from outside dirt, or compost of some kind. ( I get them in my worm bin)

edit.. jaw types too fast and beat me to most of that...

i now have a plant that is a month old and up till i transfered it to a one gallon pot it was looking very healthy now a couple of the leaves are looking like they are wilting and one looks burnt at the tip its still growing but not as fast as it previously had im not giving nutrients yet and is still under all my flourescents on a 18/6 hr cycle what possibly could be the problem i handled my plant very carefully when i transplanted should i start nutr. yet and my MH light now or just let it keep under my flouros?

Hi again..

Ya 4 weeks is long enough to wait. Start with feeding 1/4 strenght nutes for a week, then if they perk up again, up it to 1/2 strength for a week - again, if you get no burn, you are safe to hit it with full strength nutes.
A little tip - take it or leave it -
When you switch to flower keep running veg nutes for the first 2-3 weeks to help it with it's initial stretch then hit it to transition and bloom nutes.. you won't be posting at 4 weeks of flower about "why are all my leaves turning yellow and dropping off?" keep your plants green throughout their life cycle, and you won't be disappointed.

You can switch to MH - but just some advice (from a trouble shooting standpoint) When ever you are changing something in the growroom, do one thing at a time and wait 3-4 days.
MJ will adapt to change fairly quickly, but you will see any effect - positive or benefit - after about 3 days. If you add nutes and the MH and you see burn on your plants.. what's the cause?
The nutes, or the light?

I'd save the big light until you at least have something feeding the explosion of growth you'll get from hitting it with a higher PAR light.
