Please help! Mold or turning purple because the cold?

I cant tell and the color barely shows up in the photos, the close up kind of shows it under the trikes... How do you know if its mold or leaf color change?

Doesn't resemble mold.
What color is it?
What's the temps the plants live in for day & night?

Its either a really dark purple or almost blackish(thats why I'm worried)... I'm harvesting but dont want to waste my time if it's mold on this plant... Its an outdoor plant its been pretty warm but the last 2-3 nights it got down in the low 30s... Daytime temps were 80s mostly... Getting lower now

Ive harvested 7 other plants through the week and didn't see this on the others... Most I cut before the cold though

If you are noticing this only as the temps have been low at night I wouldn't worry. The purple is from the cold. I grow indoors and I drop temps on purpose to bring out the fall colors.

thats in the strains genetics maybe, like the black domina from sensi seeds, it turns dark during flowering

I decided I'll trim it and dry it and see what it looks like after.... Its foxtailed some and is my smallest plant so it's no big loss if I have to trash it... I just don't want to throw it away if I dont have to, lol

I'm gonna trim and dry and try it at least i think... I'll let you guys know what I think after

if it was mould or rot, yo would have gray/brown mat coloured patches over and in it. they can be mushey and crumbly, mould doesnt look like that

mo, the photo i posted is what bud rot looks like, your plant looks perfectly healthy
