Please help problem with my clones, going yellow and flowering?

Coco needs full saturation and ideally allow some runoff (at this stage I would not water daily)

You haven’t told us what your variables are for your grow. HPS wattage? Temps? RH? Ppm or EC of the nutrients you fed to them when it was mixed into the water?

Whether you think they’re too small to use much water or not, that’s just not how coco works. It’s not soil! It has to be fed every time with nutrients but the strength of those nutrients will help to determine if you’re feeding too little or too much for their stage of growth.

when plants are smaller in a large pot I always advise allowing a day or 2 between feedings initially to allow roots to develop better.

Others may tell you to water every day, personally I don’t feel it’s necessary when plants are young or freshly transplanted, but it won’t hurt the plant to feed every day. (At the height of flowering I feed my coco plants 5x a day).

okay thanks for the reply, so In summary you think I should water them till run off with clean water and then wait 2 or 3 days then see how it goes, if the yellowing is because too much nutrients? It doesn’t look like nutrient burn though

You don't have to soak daily with small plants like that in coco but the roots will not grow into that dry coco. You need to have it wet.

i think the reason it looks patchy dry is because after I potted them and watered I just added a few handfuls on the top just to fill the pots, under is still wet

I made a previous grow with this but from seed and it was really good quality grew super quick and had no problems just this time nothing seems to be happening and they look a little sad plus I am still not sure if while they were in my kitchen they changed to flowering cause it’s winter here so light from say 6.30 -7 till 7, if they did begin to flower will it revert to veg with much more light now, maby this is why nothing has really happened in terms of groth, Maby i need a heater to bring the temp up to more near 25 while there so small
