Please Help with my first batch

Ok so heres the thing im growing my first batch and i have aa hydro setup im pretty sure everythings set up right but the questions i have are how many hours do i leave the light on because they still look like the seedless seed and how much mix of nutrience i have a 6 gallon bubbleponic system and it came with a "grow" & "micro" packets but i cant figure how much exactly to put please im sure someone out there has used this type of system before if i could get some help it would be much appreciated
