Okay so I currently have 4 female plants growing three different strains are involved all supposed to be indica dominant. I am currently on my 2nd week of flowering, two of the plants were allowed to veg for 45 days while the other two only vegged for 34 days. The two that have vegged longest are just 8 inches tall and the two that vegged shorter are 9-10 inches, all have developed bud sites with a good amount of pistil hairs but I was wondering of the size is normal this far in, should they be bigger? They did suffer a short period of heat stress because my exhaust fan was late coming in but i gave them superthrive and all recovered quite well could this have stunted their growth? thanks

That definately sounds short bro but only just. They might get a suden burst of growth after recovering from the heat stress though so id give it a bit more time before worrying too much.
