Please help!

these plants are about 2.5 months old and yesterday i went down to where they are and this is what i found. its been very humid and rainy here the past two weeks. they're a few days into flowering (atleast i think) im a first time grower. im using dyna gro bloom. and i use it once a week. i just want to know if its a big issue or not i dont want anything to happen to my babies

You have a fungus. Go to a garden center and get a fungicide and follow the directions. I wouldn't waste the money on feeding an outdoor plant with a liquid, as it will never reach the roots unless you soak the shit out of it which takes a LOT of nutes and water. You should prepare the soil before the plant goes in.
