Please someone help fast!

Hello i have 2 plants i started from seed outside june 1st here in Alberta close to Edmonton my plans re about 10inches now and they are still not flowering...Here frost starts somewhere in middle of september i am scared that i will not have enough time i mean i am sure i will not have enough time...Sunrise is at 5:40...and sun set is at 10...at 10:30 its still not darkness outside like omg i need dark!!! my plants are getting direct sun from about 8am to 4pm i water them only tvice since i planted them outside because there is rain every 3-4days(i started 3plants on my balcony and plant them when they was about 1.5inch tall 1 of thme died because it was under 10c at night time for like 2 days but 2 plants survived) anyway what you guys think what can i do?should i even do something or just hope they will finish?

Its g13 labs Blue og kush and big skunk by pure seeds both of them says early september but mine didnt even started yet and i needs like 2 months to flower...

They sound like theyre small enough to take inside. Just take them in and put them in the dark an hour or two before the sun goes down to start flowering earlier. You have to force the 12/12 on them if you want to get them to flower early. Some people put tarps over their outdoor plants to block out the light. You can also make or buy a small greenhouse you can cover if you want to keep some heat in and induce flower.
After a while the the sun schedule will have naturally reduced to less than 13 or 12 hours of light and you dont have to keep them covered from sun any longer.
The technique is called light depravation and the greenhouse will keep them a little warmer and more dry. Good luck man,
