Please tell me this isn't a Hermie?

I've got 2 plants guys and this one looks like it started flowering alot faster but this is my first grow so idk if it's a Hermie or those are just the start of buds

It wouldn't have pollinated my other female yet right? It hasn't started doing anything besides stretching yet

Shit man. Okay ya know I just started to think about it and was like it's starting alot faster than the other.
 
And is this a big deal? Not alot of leaves have the brown tips but I just flipped to flower about 6 days ago.

Man you guys just crushed me lol. I gotta put IT down though cause my other plant is different. I thought maybe just different strains but I'm glad I found out.
