One of the plants has purple leafs. One of them has yellow burnt leafs. Please Help what's the problem. One plant I feel like it's having trouble to explode transplanted two weeks ago & it's taking so long to grow is it a nutrient lockout ? I added chicken shit and soil. Maybe the shit was too strong ?

no worries man, your plants are fine and look good. try to use old shit not new if you can, and remove any ill leaves. looks like you could use a solid organic fertilizer application, any will suffice.
