Plz help! How do I mix nutes in 5gal dwc bucket

I transplanted my lemon skunk from soil to hydro(5 gal bubble bucket) 2 days ago. I'm getting yellow spots on my leaves. How do I mix the grow big. It says 2 tsp per gal..so do I put 2 tsp in a gal.. Mix it up and then add to bucket..or do I add 2 tsp for every gal in bucket (around 6) any thoughts or advice?

well prob want to start at 1/4 strength and work your way up. but i just add total number nutes into gal of water i take from bucket and put back in
