HOWELL, Mich. (AP) -- An ex-Ann Arbor police clerk has been sentenced to three years' probation for growing marijuana in her home.Dawn Hamell pleaded guilty to delivering or manufacturing marijuana.The 47-year-old woman's attorney says she and her husband grew the marijuana in their home about 45 miles west of Detroit for personal use, not for sale.Fifty-nine-year-old William Hamell also pleaded guilty in Livingston County Circuit Court and was sentenced last month to probation.Dawn Hamell says she was fired from her police job after her home was raided May 9.==================================================Everytime I see something like this it makes me wonder if I should still go thru with my plans... Too much goin on like this around my neck of the woods, a police station here has a sign inside stating something like "Enjoy The Drought E.C. Sheriff Dept." shit has jus been crazy.
