i heard a story from a semi-retired cop that police/dnr have cameras equipped with special light filters that pick up light frequencies specific to THC. he claimed spotting plants from the air was now no problem with these special light filters. is this legit? haven't found anything on the net about it so far...

pot in a big clump holds heat and can be picked up at night with infrared thats all. just dont plant to much in one spot. it can not pick up THC.

no worries man there are no special frequencies. many things give off heat signatures sumac does i believe as do others. the cop probly believes his own shit they are just as misinformed as everyone else. most counties in most states can not afford the equipment for infrared,much less flying around at night looking. most look during the day by sight looking for big plots.
