At 28 days flowering I saw a few random hairs turn brown and near the fan even more turn brown.

Today @ 31 days I took this pic. where the hairs are turning brown this is what it looks like and the areas where they're still white it looks fine/normal.

Question 1: Am I pollinated?
Question 2: what do I do if I am. Should I cut out all the ones that pollinated??? or nothing to do now but let it go and hope for the best seeded to seedless ratio I can get?

I cant tell if you are at all, but just be patient. It kinda sucks if they are cause the plant wont produce as much THC, but you'll have a couple of seeds that are used to your environment

Still a bit early to tell for sure, but there's nothing that leads me to believe that is a pollenated plant/hermie. Looks like a normal female so far, although for four weeks or so, it seems a bit on the slow side.

Look for male sacks or bananas or both to see if she has hermied. Bananas grow directly off the bud, where as the sacks tend to appear just below or behind the bud. To me they look like those dry pop-corn looking buds, which sometimes appear if your humidity is very low.
Look's very much like Indian Skunk actually.;-)

What are the signs of pollination? I've heard that swollen calyxes occur but I wouldn't know what that would look like. Is there a certain way to tell if pollination has occurred?
