Poorly looking seedling transplant

So, I have 9 seedlings, looked yellow and slow to grow. I did what I didn't want to have to do, but I’ve taken them out and put them into new soil that I know is good. I guess I’m looking for some reassurance that they’ll pull through. I know I lost some tiny bits of root but from what I’ve read, people have overcome worse. Pic from pre-transplant and a pic from post transplant showing the seedlings in the smaller pots with good soil. Any advice would be much appreciated.
