Pope Grows Dope

Day 8 of flower - day 104ish

Stretch is on. I had misplaced my tape measure a few weeks ago, so I am unsure what their final heights were, but the Grim Glue BX is 20 inches high with a 2ft canopy from the furthest points.

The Purple Urkle 99 x Genius is at a respectable 19 by 20

And Miss 222 is starting to close the gap with her sisters at 18 by 19.
She does have some interesting leaves and coloring. I am unsure if this is genetics or nutrient related, but she seems healthy otherwise.

Last, but not least we have the limited veg - 12/12 cindy99.

Looks like she hit a pocket of the fox farms ocean forest that I used to re-amend some coco. Not sure I can do more than just hope she weathers it out, and not make the same mistake again.

Danke

The girls in my 2 by 2 were looking similar to the cindy 99 in regards to the suspected nute burn.
I uppotted from their solo cups to half filled gallon grow bags, this time using a 1/4 ratio of the fox farms OF to the old coir I had from my first grow, and tried to mix the mediums thoroughly.

Most faired okay, but the 222 is a bit rough.

Since she is going outdoors she will have plenty of time to rebound, and attrition was the reason for maxing out my plant count, so I am not quite ready to chuck her, but its an option I am open to.
A local dispo has clones. thought I would reup on my edibles and see if they had anything interesting to take her place.

I also have new genetics from 1212 that I purchased on 420, but I think everything I purchased leans more on the sativa ends of things. I am hoping that any freebies might fill that need.
I did win 2 strains from them earlier in the year that should fit that niche, but I was not going to pass up on the discounts, an opportunity to attempt to grow and harvest from regular seeds, and throw them a little bit oh biddness.

Well, gotta get back to refreshing the tracking for my seeds, roll another doink, and sip this coffee.

gracias.

Got my seeds and the potential lineup for my next insdoor starts.

I have committed to running RUI's own 1212 Seed Co genetics. All are regs unless noted with an * - indicated femmed.

I ordered:

Northern Lights#5xOrange as Fuck
Tangie x Sour Strawberry

I got as freebies:

Sour Tangie X Sour Tangie
Tropicana Cookies x Squirt F1 testers
Dirty Peyton
Apples and Bananas x Squirt f1 testers

and previously won

Alien Apple Breath*
Apples and Bananas s1*

For the next run I am thinking of limiting my tent to one 2 strains, with the intent of finding the mother for at least 2 additional runs, a 6 plant, 1-3 gal ,12/12 after 4ish weeks, and a traditional (to me) 3 plants in 5 gal. with an 8 to 10 week veg. See how they compare, head to head.
If 12/12 goes well enough, I will plan on running it in the summers to help regulate heat.

After talking to the breeder I am going to run the Apples and Bananas x Squirt f1 testers (Saks of Apples), but I am not sure where I want to go with the second.

Right now I have a lot of Sativa leaning hybrids running, so the stoney Dirty Peyton might be a good counter to that.
I had some Tropicana Cookies recently, so that is attractive as well.
I bought into 1212 because of the Sour Tangie x Sour Tangie looked amazeballs, they had a great 420 sale, I wanted to try a reg seed grow, and I wanted to repay some of their generosity. It was one of the reasons I bought the Tangie x Sour Strawberry.

Its not a bad problem to have, Not in the least. I feel blessed. I am also edible high. :)

Anywho, I might run a poll later, but if you have a few cents to toss into the selection I see before myself, please feel free to pass it into the bucket.

Just to recap - the potential tribute to soil will be

Tangie x Sour Strawberry
Sour Tangie X Sour Tangie
Tropicana Cookies x Squirt F1 testers
Dirty Peyton

Thankya!

Almost a week later and the repotting of the outdoor starts are looking much healthier.

I was considering tossing the 222, but that seems like a waste now.

I am really enjoying the stretch I am seeing in the smaller tent with the SF1k. Maybe my distance of the light in my 4x4 should have been raised to make better use of the vertical space I have access to, as it puts out plenty of light for that space.

This week I ordered some new genetics for Cadillac Rainbow from 3rd Coast Genetics and the basics for my next run, which I am moving further into training.

Seeing how much space I can work with in my new tent makes me believe I might be able to house 2 cannabonsi mothers and have space for a few cloning starts, more than enough to keep me at my plant max. Once I have a small stash of a heavy indica, and a pleasant hybrid. Once secure in my stores I can branch out to find the next amazing plant.

Target date for the transition is going to be the 24th, we should have more than 14hrs of sunlight, so I think we should be okay and avoid flowering. If this is an egregious mistake in your opinion, please let me know!

Gracias.
