Man hard to tell... The second pic looks like it might be but i'd give it another day or 2 to see for sure. Were they started from seed, they look really healthy?

you might get 2 wispy hairs popping out of those things in a day or 3. Patience!

I did start them from seeds, i got a qp of dutch treats few months back and had about 20 seeds in it.. thought id get em nice n bushy before putting them out side
I am using jungle juice nutrients with rapid start from GH , under a 125 n 2 200 watt cfls
( i did just start a few White widow x big bud feminized seeds
)
