Possible problem

Just did a little defoliation on one of my stardawg autos, whole plant looked healthy except one fan leaf "picture below" can anyone tell me if this is an early sign of something?
I'm growing in 3gal of biobizz light mix soil
Feeding 1L of water every 2-3 days
Only nutrients I give is 2ml biobloom with every watering
Growing under 2 600w LED's
Humidity between 45-50%
Temperature between 23°-28°

I've gotten a random leaf like that on one, it was lower down. I used my loup to look for bugs, but I just assumed it was random water or rubbing damage. Hope someone with more experience can help!

That's the same as this one, it was lower down on the plant and just completely random

I'd maybe look for bugs, but if you don't find any and it really is the only one you can find remember that sometimes plants get random blemishes.
