possible underfed? or lights too close

hi guys, any help is appreciated, here are some quick details to help
mostly bruce banner with the issues, purple pinecone seems to be doing better however were smaller cuttings
indoor grow - 10 days since transplant from clone
using coco/perlite 70/30
watering twice daily
10L (2.5gallon) pots, watering about 700ml (.2gallon) per feed to runoff
400w led, about 24inches away at 50%
temps about 25c (77f), humidity around 50-60%
originally was feeding on the lower ec side, around .7 at a ph of about 6-6.2, noticed the tops were a lighter green (middle seemed fine, darker green) with random spots on leaves. have since started feeding at an ec of 1.2 and lowered ph to 5.8/5.9 for the last 2 days, it does seem to be getting better but have attached pictures as well, the difference under led to normal daylight is significant, they do look better under the sun, however still have spots.
feeding is a/b, cal/mag and pro silica

my theory is that I underfed them, or the led was too close but surely it cant be, however am used to hps. bugs dont seem to be an issue, every 3 days i spray, and swap between neem oil, and a couple of local products.

I would also like to know when do people usually transplant into final containers, i have some 19L (5 gallon) airpots waiting.

I've never seen so much Neem oil being used as in these forums.

As for your plants: back off the lights. Feed half strength. Give them a few days to see if that works.
Focus on the new growth.
Young plants are like young kids. They have to figure things out.

honestly im jealous of what options are available to people in america or europe ect, we have to use whats available. we have a very healthy climate in new zealand that has a lot of bugs, however i have now found some natural mites that control spidermite, so have administered those

as for the advise (thanks firstly), i have put the lights up a little again, still new to led so working it out. my runoff ec was starting to drop, so im not super keen on dialing back the feeds, but will trial it for a couple of days and see how we go, have also stopped with the silica.

Is the coco buffered? If not, you may want to buffer the new coco when you transplant. I too haven't seen many people using neem and other sprays every three days. cocoforcannabis.com and other sites have good articles on Cation Exchange and buffering coco.

yea wont be spraying again now i have natural mites to try and sort, but the theory was that i had an outdoor plant with spidermite, and didnt want them getting inside.

the coco i use does come buffered, however next time i will do it myself as well. using canna coco which is fairly well thought of around here, and is labeled that it is pre buffered

You seem to have a good grasp on feeding in coco, I wouldn't worry too much, I think you're doing fine. When you make a change, just don't do anything drastic, and give it a few days to take effect-keep an eye on the new growth. Are you waiting to use your light at 100% until they get bigger? Be sure you raise it way up at first when you do. Also, neem oil is great stuff in veg. I use it once every two weeks, but once per week even is fine. Just look at the million PM/insect threads here for justification, there is no reason NOT to use neem (and biofungicides) with regularity.

yes the neem oil in the past has never been an issue, and with the cycle i was doing, was about every 9 days, and obviously just as lights go out. will see how these predatory mites handle anything that pops up, the issue being they turn on themselves when nothing else to eat, so will keep an eye on it.

yes the par results from the led seemed too high at 24" for the youngins,rather than putting it higher i just turned it down. figure i will ramp it to 100% around 1/2 weeks into flower, i know there will be mistakes with switching to leds, just trying to not cause harm either way, am loving them though.
