potassium toxicity in veg

hi people , i thought that i was able to cut corners and added one tea spoon of npk raw industries bloom ! at the beginning of my veg cycle which didn’t show any problems whatsoever untill i added another tsp 3 weeks later into my 75 liter res filled with canna a and b at 2ml per L . after doing some research i am pretty certain it is k toxicity also looking like cal mag def as it does lock it out along with some micros . any way , yesterday i flushed each 12 L pot (coco perlite 50/50) with 5.8 phd soloution with 1ml per L of canna a and b total ec 0.8 but my tap water is under the lowest reading on the blue lab truncheon (under 200ppm) so my question is will the canna coco nutes have adequate calmg or do i go down the risky road of putting more on like a moron .
all the plants effected look pale and stunted , different problems with each one , some showing twisted thin new growth , some brown spots , one looks like a cabbage , and yeah all very pale compared to my strawberry diesel who are dark green and 75 0/0 healthy due to over crowding and trying to scrog for the first time . the reason i thought that i was clever by adding bloom nutes in veg was because i seen some good ingredients such as yucca , fulvic acid , humic acid, aminos etc on the label like a brand new newb although i have used the npk said nutes ( grow and bloom ) before with the best results yet . anyway please could i get some advice on what to do if anything to correct this . i did just add some canna cal mag just now at 380 ppm on its own in 6.0 tap water . thanks for reading my stupid mistake ‍ ps the strains are blue gelato pineapple chunk and white marker , or was before they started to turn into cabbage . ‍♀

well tbf it is obviously p and k toxicity with being 3-12-12 , i was topping off my res too instead of changing it out which would have left an inbalanced
ratio for like 2 weeks ‍♀
