Potential LP's looking to Network

Hello everyone. Just thought this would be a good thread to start for potential LP's looking to help each other through the application process.

Always here checking it out. Most of the answers are in the small scale thread. But ask anyways, things are getting clearer as we chat.
It is best to "open post" your questions for maximum benefit to all the wannabes, but if you cannot for whatever reason I do like to pay the help I have and am receiving forward and would try to help or turn you on to some one who can. Another thread to network on can't hurt.
