I was researching pots and i want to buy 3/4 of a gallon size pots idk if thats going to be big enough. so can anyone tell me wat size would be good and were i can buy a lot and i mean a lot of them for really cheap
I never grow in anything smaller than 5-gallon pots and normally I use 7-gallon pots. I always start out my germed beans in whatever pot size I am using for that particular run. I never repot, I never upsize during a grow. I never need to.

A plants below soil mass it very close to being the same size as the above soil mass so consider the size of the plants you will grow and then think if you could fit all the above soil portion of the plants into the pots you are using along with an adequate amount of soil and it not be like a case of trying to stuff 5 pounds of baloney into a 2 pound skin.

You can never use to large of a pot, meaning that would never cause a plant to have any problems, but you very easily can use pots that are to small in size and very many growers use pot sizes that are to small even though they believe what they are using and what they are doing is the very best way to go.
