I'm assuming you are referring to the lighting and not the security, etc.

Absolutely! Your babies will love some bright, natural light, along with a nice breeze.

I'm a newbie, with windows (full SW sun) seeds and no chance of freeze or frost.
When can I begin?
and
How do I begin?

First of all, please don't try to hijack this guys thread.... You basically can germinate some seeds in the plastic bag method, then plant and they will grow... I reccomend using cfl's when the daylight isn't there, and at night also for extended veg periods...

To the owner of this thread: Yes, you should be able to put your plants outside... But you have to be really careful to not shock your plants too horribly when you bring them outside... and be watchful of bugs!!! they are no good.
