Pound per Light?

Hey everyone! I'm confused...some have said that usually you get one pound per light. That part I understand...the only part I'm confused with is...how many plants do i need in order to get that one pound? hmmm...the things that make you say...hmmm? Can any of you guyz help a bud out...CABBANAbud that
is...haha.

My setup would need 12-16 plants, but that's a SOG. Fill that space, whether you got 3 or 30.

Hell 1 good girl in a sog will fill a 3*4*7 box well with a 600.

Ok hmmm...3 or 12-16, maybe I'll just go with 8 with alot of tlc. What does SOG mean by the way?
