Powder milder oil?

So I been looking into this alot for the last few days and when you make hash oil and shit you normally wanna purge it right? So say you blow some nugs that you have soaked in h202 and dried trimmed and blew but has a small arount of pm that is visible. So you have the oil blown and are about to purge it you turn your heating pad to 110 dagrees and let that shit purge. Will it purge out the mold I have read that at 90 dagrees the mold stops spreading and over 100 the spores perish? Anyone have any idea if this would work. And also how could I tell if the oil still have mold/mildew in it.

Ok thank you very much. I have a few questions ffrom jus skimming the article. How do you ffilter thc threw a .2 micron filter when you normally ffilter with buddie bags at like 75 micron? And another question. If it isn't all that bad why does everyone have nnegative things to say about trying to salvage pm flower? Like that shit will make you sick. I jus read people may have allergy a to them but no known aflatoxins really appreciate the reply man.

Aflatoxins can't be removed, they can cause some nasty side effects. The dead spores can cause allergic reactions in some, the live spores can as well but can also infiltrate a compromised immune system. Filtering hash oil in an ethanol ect suspension through a micron syringe will remove these mold spores as well as any bacteria and particulates...the 75 micron I think is for like dry sieving or like bubble bags..a micron syringe is the only way I know of to make it suitable for smoking...ebay

And the thc is smaller then the spores? This is where in confused when it comes to the .2 micron syringe?. What's smaller thc and all the good shit that comes from the plant or the pm spores. And would it make a more concentrated oil/hash? Also if you cooked it then put threw h202 solution let dry then blow? Or would the dead spores stay?

Thc molecules are very small, mold spores are visible under a regular old microscope. When talking about bubble bags they say a much larger micron size as that's the size of the trichome heads, when dissolved by a solvent such as ethanol the heads are ruptured and the cannabinoids ect are dispersed throughout. Anything dissolved in that solution will make it through.. If you are prone to allergic reactions from the spores, them being dead or alive won't make a difference. Pm isn't too nasty aspergillus you should kill either way if your going to smoke it

I'm not really prone to allergy shit. I have already smoked oil I made from an 8th or moldy weed an it was bomb didn't know it was bad till now. But you don't think pm is that bad? An what is aspergillus?

Aspergillus feeds on dead shit. Bud rot and pm feed on live plants. The mold that feeds on dead shit is nasty, it produces aflatoxins and can inhabit you causing various issues. Pm just causes allergic reactions, not to say that you want to smoke any mold. But really if its not full on webs or super nasty I would smoke it but that's me..you can make oil with it if you want , remove moldiest pieces and filter best you can. No harm will come

FFor sure I mean I think I caught it jus in time cuz it's not bad jus little white spots on another thread I asked if you can confuse pm with jus super crystal shit cuz some spots I saw I was staring at for ever decide ding earthier to hang it or throw it jn the bucket of h202. But ya ill prolly jus make shot bomb lol out of I anyways.

your thc passes through the syringe because it's highly dissolved in it's solvent of choice, vs the spores and bacteria which are object's that don't dissolve in solvent. It will taste to the degree of hay it was made from but it still is technically really strong, the amount of chloro'yukky that goes allong with the extract also effects taste. If you get deep into skun pharms web page you can return ash funk into tasteless potentate. But if you deviate and get clever the awesome effect's are really going to be side effects. I'm too old now, but I know i've had my share of mold in my youth i thought was killer material and was happy as larry.

Just heat won't do the job, because the dead carcases are left behind.

Powdery mildew produces no known aflatoxins, so you can simply filter out the spores and mold filaments to eliminate the moldy taste. We use a 0.2 micron syringe filter to finish it off, which also takes out any bacteria.
