Power Plant, non-feminized (from dutch passion), germinated IN rockwool, only very light initial nute. In light tight chest, 18/6 cycle with proper T5 bulb about 10-12" above plants.
Temp: ~21celcius
Humidity: ~80%
I did not pre-prepare the rockwool (D'OH), but kept it moist. The seeds germinated quickly , except one slower one, and I had 10/10 seedlings growing nicely between 1 - 1.5" high.
On day four, checked them in the morning, everything was looking great, with all 10 plants doing nicely.
I came home and two plants had tilted over/broke, and one had brown water collected on its leaves. Since water was beading on the leaves, I thought "too much humidity", took the dome off, and 2 hours later some more plants had wilted.
Put the dome back on, and now I only have 4 seedlings left. I kept them on 24 hour light from Day 4 evening to give them all the juice they could get.
One of those just lost its cotyledons (sp), and now I'm worried of losing these last few.
It was going so well.
Here are the pics below:
Now some have very dark cotyledon's...
