ppm and pH?

i ordered a meter off amazon which i thought was a pH reader but its a ppm reader. so i started playing with it and the water ive been watering my plants with i thought was a ph of about 6.5 but when i stuck the ppm meter in it was about 120 ppm. then i read somewhere that for newly flowering plants it should be wayyy higher than that. how can i use ppm to get healthy water for my girls?

PPM meter is for measuring fertilizer concentration levels and has no relation to PH whatsoever. Get a ph meter or the dropper bottle tester!
