PProfile Pictures

I havent been able to figure out why I cant change my profile picture. Actually i cant even place the first one.
Why is that?
When can I?

and no, you can't have my pix.. its all mine, lol. seriously though, just do what the above poster said, and you should be able to figure it out with no issues.. and if you want to use a pix you found on the net, just copy the image url, click on the lil odd looking thingy next to the ladder, and paste your image url there..
