Pre flowering?????

my plants are a month old tomorrow I've changed the lights to 12/12 to show sex then re veg them how long does it take for them to show their sex? Switched to 12/12 on the 5th so 5 days now

Agreed...bouncing light cycles back and fourth can possibly have some ill effects (stunted growth, hermies, and more). They will be what they are anyway, even though you may flip as soon as you sex, you can still get nanners which pop very quickly...now you got seeds. If you really MUST know now, clip a clone root it and go 12/12 see what happens Bottom line, why shock them more than they need?
