What do you ladies and gents think is going to come out of the appeal/cross appeal? I believe its on the 26th or 28th.

Conroy wants additional coverage for the people that fell within the cracks of Judge Mansons decision back in March.

Conroy is asking that the possession limit be removed, ATP/PUPL patients back dated 1year to fall under the injunction also address and prescription revisions.

What HC wants...well they are appealing the injunction. So, all-in-all...they want us to only buy from LPs.

This will affect everyone in here, lets here some predictions.

Why do you say it will affect everyone? I think it will affect the people that fell between the cracks - that's the point. I think the issue regarding the limit has to do with about 80?? People who have HUGE daily limits, like 150g...now I'm not feeling so confident, at the moment with regard to the back dating issue. Did people let there licences lapse because they thought we wouldn't win? Enough notice was given that you have to have your paperwork in to HC by sept. 30, 2013 and that's the only reason I can grow. They tried twice to fuck me out of my PUPL but I stuck to my guns and said you guys made the rule and I complied....the change of address issue should be a no brainer...people move ffs.

What's going to happen? Hang on, I'll get my blindfold and dartboard......With the current inmates running the asylum, who knows. How many judges are beholding to you know who.......The only blindness judgement presently has is to reason......oh and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

you don't waste your time on people or things that do not make you happy....
Its also convenient that the charter and constitution were written by people who foresaw how easy big gov.
can screw over the individual...and protected us from it...

Not sure if it's a prediction or just wishful thinking, but I am confident the courts will once again side with common sense. I hope we regain the right to move our grows...I'm traveling over an hour each way to mine now and it sucks. I'm waiting till Feb. for the 'big one' to be settled before I actually relax. Even if the unthinkable happens and we lose, I'm at the age and mindset that I don't give a fuck what some cop or politician thinks about it, I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing.

the fuel alone would be appreciable ...
sorry to hear that the conservatives are making you do this....I'm not sure how I would handle that,....

Amazing how crotchety we get as we get older...I'm thinking the same thing about growing! They'll have to open a seniors jail for old farts!

I hope they let us all grow. I hope they don't pull some shit where we can all grow but find a generic plant count then were still left having to purchase some from an LP.

I share a rented space with another mmar grower and rely on her to look after the girls when I'm not there. As it is, the money I pay for my share of the costs and the little I give her for helping out pretty much takes care of my disability cheque every month. I have actually kept receipts in case I get a chance to sue HC to recoup my losses. If I owned my place I would have moved the garden long ago and took my chances, but I can't grow here.

Its funny how most MMAR growers ...would willingly help out another med patient...if they can...
and usually for nothing or very little....
and that's because well have all had to drag that cross...so to speak....to get where we are today and that sorta makes you compassionate to fellow mmj users...
try getting one of the unlucky 13 LP's to host that for you....I bet you would get a flat out.....we can't help sir...

im a realists and I think with any luck the atp, dppl prior to april 30 will be grand fathered in, anyone after that wilol be stuck with a lp, I think dispensaries will be raided and shut down, and nothing new until harper is out, then everyone will get 6 plants to grow if they want and then lp if they don't, lp will not be for the sick, it will be world wide and that's all there is to say, the prices will not be 1$, 5$ + then that can all change in another voting timeframe 5-10 yrs away if harpers bro or mom get in.

I think they may have a hard time limiting plants for people with huge scripts. Patients need to be able to access however much mj they need. It would be like saying you have an infection but we'll only give you enough antibiltics to start clearing it up...or telling a diabetic they can only use so much insulin during a day...it's retarded and unrealistic to expect patients not to grow or buy or whatever the amount of meds they need.

problem is I live and work at the same place...and it's a good gig....I wouldn't risk it by growing here. A few in the bush surrounding the place is another story!

I can tell you with certainty that judges hate two-tiered anything. They hate making exceptions for just one person or especially a group of people. They want one rule for everybody. So I think the decision will be all or nothing.
