Primary Caregiver Questions..

I searched for a little while trying to get some information on the process of making someone my primary caregiver.. I have my certificate and am able to cultivate and maintain my own plants however at my current location I am unable to do so. Someone I can trust and someone who has agreed to allow me to have a few going this year outdoors on their land told me that the only way they will let me do this is if its legal.. Obviously understandable... Anyways I was wondering if I were to make this person my Primary Caregiver, would that take away my permissions to cultivate and give the permissions to the Caregiver or does it just share the limits?
Reason I ask is because I will not be living at my current location for too much longer and I will be getting a house which will then allow me to cultivate it on my own.
Sorry for confusion I just want to know if its even worth making her my primary caregiver if im just going to be doing it myself in a 3 or 4 months..

Should I make her my caregiver or should i just wait till i can do it myself?
