probation and medical marijuana card

hey folks im going on probation for 3-5 years on January 30th im currently working on getting my medical card i have already been approved for it just need to finish paying for it. can a probation officer do anything about me smoking while on probation as long as i have my card? im also going to be authorized to cultivate can they do anything about me growing? im currently living with parents my dad already has his card and has plants growing at the house i understand that could be a problem if i dont have a medical card but if we both have cards can the law do anything?

From what I understand, it depends on the state you're from. In this state, thats a no. Call a lawyer or the ACLU or something
