They are 14 days old, when i plant seedlings in pots PH was 7.0 , that was 2 weeks ago, humidity is all time around 50-70%,
im giving them tap water,
week ago i watered them very well like some 300ml each plant , i readed that water good but less often, after that they was drying 5 days , then i left them one day dry, then yesterday water them with 100ml each plant

Its too easy to “ hover / mother to death “ plants , especially seedlings.

I would focus on the stretch and drop lights closer to control it. Otherwise you will have to supportthem because they get lanky. Also top cup to bury some of that stem , roots will emerge laterally from it. They are young and most of those leaves will die off later as it grows out.

im using mars hydro sp 150, light distance from seedlings is 60 cm.
I checked mars hydro manual instruction there was wroten that for seedlings distance is 60-75 cm , for veg 40-60 cm
okey i will check thank you brother

Looks like he's got some yellowing going on also, definitely trending that way. One lower leaf is showing interveinal chlorosis developing.
Bury those stems first, maybe top dress with worm castings. Knock off the bottom inch of dirt and replant it deeper in the cup, if you feel the plant can handle it.

What are you going to feed them/ph? Looks like peat/perlite based mix, shouldn't be out of food at this point.

They are adapting to less than ideal conditions. They will probably come out of it. I don't worry about feeding plants when they are that small, maybe another week I would think about a light dose. Your soil already has stuff in it so you just have to wait it out.

how to knock off dirt? like take out all plant with soil out from pot and then slowly take bottom inch of dirt away ? and puti it deeper? or just put some soil on the top? whats better idea?

Just bury the stem for now and leave it.. Sounds like it just has to pull thru.
