Problem with germination

i have nirvana chrystal and duch passion euphoria seeds , and i ruined 12 of seeds already , i tryed growing in soil put 4 of them and water them and nothing yet in 15 days , i tried also put 4 of them in paper towel and in dark in my closet and they just swollen but they never cracked in last 10 days , i also tried to put them in warmer place in towels and they cracked and had a 3 mm long white stem but with no change since then in last 10 days also , please help and thank you
