Problem.

I Have a plant that in veg at the moment and its about 3 weeks old.. maybe 2.. and theres a white substance on the fan leaves, and if anyone knows what it is. and how to get rid of it then please tell me.. and to prevent bugs would i just use soap and water mix and spray the leaves, top and bottom?

blurry pics.... and yes with a plant like that i would only do a few sprays lol.

The focus is off in your pics. They are extremely blurry. Also, they are a bit small for 3 weeks.
