Prop 215 appartment laws?

Can someone please tell me what my rights are as a prop 215 patient while living in a apartment complex? I would like to know before I move if I'm alright to grow while renting? I'd also like to know if I'm ok to medicate outside on my porch? Of course not out in public. I'd just like to outside and enjoy a morning smoke on the porch knowing that it's legal.

Since it's legal, can't you legally find out? I mean isn't there a place that explains all your rights as a med patient :S

That's exactly what I'm looking for. It's just a big grey area.

I live in a apartment i also have my 215 card. so what i did was a made a copy of my 215 and put it right next to my plants so if someone does come in they see it right away. the other thing is i would try to move in to a small apartment place so that you don't have so many neighbors.
