Pro's and Cons of taking cuttings post flower

Good morning everyone. I woke this morning much the same as others this time of year, thinking about this garden. I'm going to be putting up a small greenhouse (my first) this late fall. I always seem to find myself starting new from seed every season, and with our cold winters, and our small house, I have no place to put a room full of cuttings until the end of the season, let alone grow out a few mothers. So the greenhouse should solve that problem for me next season. This season I've found myself with a couple of interesting pheno's of a Lemon Ghost OG that I think I may want next season if she's gonna be half as gnarly as I think. I took a cutting from her last week, her 3rd week of flower just to see if it would root. It's rooted and growing, so I know it can get the cut to reveg. I'm wondering just how long into flower this could be done without causing problems in the line? If I could leave a couple of lowers after flower, so I really knew what I had, is that too late? Do I risk creating problems with hermies or anything else for next season by taking cuttings from a mother I re-vegged post flower?

Lots of questions. No more hermie prone than the donor. About 4 weeks is all I’ve done. Take longer to root. Take your cuttings now.

People do this all the time. It's called monster cropping. Around 21 days seems to be the time most say to take it. It wont hermi any more then the mother as said above.
You will end up with lots and lots of shoots when you reveg and given time will produce a lot. I would look up monster cropping if I were you and really study the subject
