What are some of the best hydroponic systems out there to be used indoors? What are the pros/cons associated with these systems?

Read the Stinkbud thread on Hydro. Several simple easy designs there. I've run mine several times and with the right strains it's easy. SSH was the toughest as it grows tall and skinny.
Simple is sweet.

Temperature control of the solution is important. It must stay 70F max. Preferably much less. Any higher and you risk unwanted microbial growth.
