psychedelic drug use and your offsprings

I was just wondering if anybody had any thoughts about using psychedelics and/or other drugs and its effects on your offsprings later on in life. Either in a positive or negative way. I will elaborate more on the subject later after I get some more feedback.

how can me tripping in a field affect my kids years later?..possibly i learn something and pass that knowledge on later,but other than that,i feel this question is loaded with hocus pocus intentions,or,hopefully,youre not alluding to chromosome damage myths....please elaborate..

I for one believe that my use of psychedelics has helped me become a more loving and patient person which I would say makes me a better parent.

To the best of my knowledge my daughter was conceived while my wife and I were tripping shortly after my first mushroom harvest of 09. My daughter is incredibly smart, and has been way ahead of the curve since she was born. Was it because of the mushrooms....I doubt it, but my wife and I have joked about it. Really I imagine the only thing it had to do with anything, is me unintentionally releasing into my wife....

i named my daughter after lsd,and no her name is not lucy...
i agree duck..tripping also has allowed me to be on their level and to convey things to where they grasp them fully...

I met a pregnant girl at a festival that said taking acid while you're pregnant makes your baby smarter. who knows. she was also an opiate junkie.

i believe alex grey has written someting about raising children in a psychedelic environment but i don't think he meant eatin acid when the baby is fetal

I'm sure its not ideal at all to be eating drugs while actually pregnant. My wife stopped smoking cigerettes, and stopped doing anything except smoking cannabis while she was pregnant. She cut down on how much she smoked, but it was the only thing that helped with morning sickness, and cramps through the whole thing.

Are we talking during pregnancy, or just during their life? If the former, well i wonder how drinking alcohol could benefit the child. why take the risk? Why not give it the regular normal proven method of creating a healthy child?

but what if you can create the next super-genius?!? bwahahahaha....
im sure the govt has tried this and thrown the evidence away.no telling what they didnt tell us,especially when they do freely admit they kept subjects high on lsd for over 75 days with daily injections of immense quantities...probably tried to make super humans with alien dna..lol...

Psychedelics don't do anything bad, first of all. Like Rory said, it's just give you new insight to pass onto the children. Givin you're not a dumbass
If I have a kid, and they start doing things, I will tell them straight up. Only use psychedelics and marijuana. And I will also tell them why. Educate them on the dangers of pharms and what they have done to me and how pointless it all is.
'Bad' drugs will hurt your body and mind, where as psychedelics will refresh it!

yea,finding youself is part of life,if the kids choose to dabble in psychedelics,thats their choice,humans have for centuries..ill instruct them in safe usage,instead of them driving around or at some wild house party..only after they come of age of course..i dont want to hide the issue or hide from it,like my aunt and her daughters crack habit..hiding do soooo much for that situation(yea right)..i just dont want the line of drug use clouded and the kids find bad shit like pain pills or coke..of course ill use experience as a deterrant..i think if parents opened up to their children about these things,they would become less of an issue..
