dude on YouTube has em he puts them in on purpose u too they get to numbers then when they eat the bark on the plant he reduces the numbers
ive no idea what benefit they have besides being composters I prefers and miss hypoaspis mites

As long as you transplant an established plant. Even then, keep an eye on those crustaceans.
