ok so when i built my aerocloner following stinkbuds directions it worked great other than the leak from the rubbermaid contained and the pump shit out about 2 weeks into it. my ? is i read in a diff thread about just leaving the pump on all the time, as opposed to 1 min on 5 mins off. does anyone know if this will or will not work bc i dont wanna loose all my ladies again bc i didnt notice the pump died.

I have a DIY aerocloner. I leave the pump on 24/7 for the first couple of days and then switch to 15 min on and 15 min off. I usually start seeing roots in about 7 days and at 14 days they are ready to go in the flower room.

I think it says somewhere that it depends if your using rookwool cubes or just the collars
with the rockwool you want to have the pump on timer so you dont over saturate the cube

Think about turning your Aerocloner into a Bubblecloner.

The up side to a bubble cloner is that if the pump fails or the power goes out your plants will not dry out and die.

The down side is they take a bit longer to root.

For me I choose repeatable reliability. Its not a race, so slow and steady will do the job.
