Purchasing Marijuana Seeds

Hi, I was wondering if it was illegal to order seeds from another country and possess them in Michigan? Anthony

I found this on grasscity.com. someone very highly rated on that site was nice enough to post a letter he received. They are also saying that the letter was placed in the package and the seeds were removed. the package did not look like it had been opened or tampered with.

Did they ever contact them and get their seeds? Lol, I don't think the U.S Customs would leave that but they might over some seeds or the seed bank could be scamming a few people? Interesting though. +rep

That is a legit paper from customs. Thats all they do with seeds. I read of a bunch of other people having their seeds taken like that. Some seed banks will even resend the seeds if they get taken like that.

That is what the prob is with mi. It is legal to posess but illegal to have seeds and grow or some shit like that it's on the norml page

nah man ive heard about this before. doesnt matter where you live in the US, if they find it in customs then they dont charge you but just let you know they confiscated your shit

Ya customs has a lot of other shit to worry about, like people trying to smuggle weed in concrete statues.
