Trust me when I say, "You don't want purple berry bx!"

I got a pack of these as soon as they were released and it was by far the worst weed I have ever grown in my life. Sure the buds turned dark purple, but they had the potency of wild hemp and tasted like burnt wood. Small yields and super slow veg. The worst part was I only bought them to try to use a male to pollenate some Grape God and power kush, but the males I saved were both sterile! They had pollen sacks minus the pollen.

All other seeds I started at the time did fine, so I would say the purple berry is whack. I've read that even Canna' boy himself said it was a shitty strain and basically laughed at anyone who bought the hype. That's why I won't look at anything else canna-v does.

That's right, you mentiones this before in the other canna venture thread. Maybe that's why it's no longer available! Cheers for the info mate, will put it behind me in that case ha ha.

Looking for the best purple genetics from seed. Preferably a IBL or BX. Let me know which breeders and strains u guys have worked with.:P
 
From what I've seen cus I haven't grown a true genetic purple but Gooeybreeder has some true purples with flavor yield and potency. Only know two places to get his gear Attitude and Cannazon. He actually has his own site/forum but it's a hefty membership and you have to be invited only. But Maddfarmer Genetics have good purple strains too they're at Cannazon and Greenpool. I'm sure more others can chime in on some more true purples
