Purple Hindu Kush Bubble Grow Cfl

I have a purple hindu clone had her for about 3 days her leaves werre high and uplifting for the first 2 datys now they are drowsy. i think its too much light. i have 1 10 aquarium bulb 2 26w daylight cfls and sometimes my 13w soft white cfl
i have 2 4'' bubble wand and a tetra whisper 20 gl air pump
im using fox farm and flora nutes not even half a cap full of each big blom and floragrow.
can i put it into fllowering time this young or should i wait im going to get a bigger space but not for a while. my normal temps are usaul 70-80 degrees
