Purple Kush - like grow problem/Please help

Hey guys, im in the middle of my third serious grow, and i thought, its the middle-east, im a good grower, and the radiators are enough to replace the burning hot sunlight here in a glass growhouse. It worked out fine except i see that my plant is not doing so well.

The leaves have wilted up and there are holes in them. The pics i included: the little white bits on the pot are pieces of garlic for pest control. I dont control the pH so much so could it be that? Or is the sunlight just not enough?
The sunlight here right now is about 10 hours per day or less,but thats now, in the beginning it was normal.

ANYone? Guys cmon plz experts. Help out

check your Ph and get it str8n out and it also looks like a nute burn !! whats the humidity runnin on average??!!

IMO the spots look like leaf spot burn, maybe water droplets on the leaves magnifying the light causing the burn through. In the second picture, the purple/red leaf indicates a nute issue or possibly a temp issue. Low night or extreme differences between day and night could cause the foliage to turn colors.
More info would def help diagnose. temps, humidty, nutes and strength, schedule,etc. the more info you give the better advise you may receive.
