Is it true that you can use a green light in the flowering room to work without disturbing the flowering response?

I have a green led rope light in my flower rooms. I only turn it one once or twice if at all for 15 minutes or less and I've never had a problem doing so. I only need to go in my room while the lights are off if i need to spray something in the case of a problem, which isn't too often

yup. long story but I had to do my watering before the light cycle started, so I used a green 13 watt CFL..... no issues or hermies
