Quantum 16 Buld T5

I have 2 quantum T5 16 buld light setup in a 6.5x6.5 tent. Running 5 gallon buckets hydro. Tent has 5 plants. How can I get dense buds using this setup or is my only option going to 600watt HPS?

I would add CMH not HPS

Well it doesn't penetrate the canopy so you might with a scrog
Other wise a combination of both would be excellent

I grew with T5 HO and the buds were dense. Like H&S says tho, a scrog would be best. I’m using led now and the growth is very aggressive compared to the T5. Did a scrog this past summer on 2 monster cropped Jack plants and was quite disappointed in the yield. Have some mc Jack clones I took a few days ago. Going to scrog them and use the led for a comparison.
